There is a shared, coin-operated laundry room for residents. The property has a large, shared backyard and a parking area with four spaces (two spaces for each lower apartment). Tenants also have their own, individual storage shed (see images)! For dog lovers, there is a fully fenced-in area for your dog to run freely or for tenants to toy around with garden beds. The property backs directly to Lakewood Dry Gulch Park and greenspace. Take advantage of the interconnected bike and walking trails surrounding the area. Trails will connect you to Perry St Light Rail Station, Meow Wolf Denver, Mile High Stadium, The Denver Aquarium, Elitch Gardens, Confluence Park, and other great areas of Denver. Sloan's Lake is less than two miles north. Easy access to Highway 6 and I-25. Take advantage of the very close Light Rail station for getting into downtown Denver. This is a great area for those who do not want to drive! Tenants will be responsible for monthly utilities. Tenants will be required to have renter's insurance, including personal liability and loss of use coverage. No smoking inside the unit! One pet will be allowed with a $300 pet deposit (under 40 lbs.) and a signed pet addendum. Showings are limited as the unit is currently occupied.     Condition was great and the landlord is very nice! I am signing the lease today! The house is not updated but it’s a great price in a great location.
