Kirkland Springs

I spoke to someone in the property management's offices on the phone, when I was lost and trying to contact the person I was to meet, and they were nice and helpful. The lady that showed the unit, Diana, didn't seem to be too sympathetic about the frustration I was experiencing when I showed up after following the address from this website yet getting very lost for 30 minutes. She kind of made me feel like it was a given that people should know not to use Google maps, and that it wasn't happening to anybody else but me. But the lady in the office sounded like she herself had gotten lost for the same reason, so she knew about the address problem and demonstrated a little bit more interest and compassion for how frustrating of an experience that was. I use Google maps and only Google maps, and have for about 5 years. Yes sometimes they get it wrong but I have not ever gotten this behind schedule and this lost and to think that that information could have been conveyed to me beforehand, just in case I was using Google maps, is a little annoying knowing that Google maps is NOT one of the small, miniscule, lesser known GPS apps. I have seen other rental listings where in the description, they give just this type of information, to avoid just this type of outcome.
