The affordable Studio Apartments at Studio City are located in a walkable area in town. The complex is close to shopping, banks, and medical. Conveniently, the bus stop is just outside the Studio City Complex. The complex is older but clean and well maintained. There are three size units to choose from. The small and medium units approximately 400-450 square feet have a shower in the bathroom. The large unit (approximately 575 sq. ft.) has a tub and shower combo int the bathroom. The small unit starting at $600.00 per month which includes water/sewer/garbage and electricity. There is no kitchen in the studio units but comes with a full size refrigerator and microwave. The open floor plan allows you to furnish the way you would like (room lay out like a motel). There is a coin operated laundry room on the property. Included in your rent is the flat fee for all your utilities. The management company pays the utility bills for the Studio City Complex. There is an application fee of $35.00 which covers the cost of a background check and credit check. Rent is due on the first of the month and late after the fifth of the month. A late fee could be added for late payments received. Upon signing a lease agreement the applicant will pay first and last month's rent and the security deposit equal to the rent. The lease agreement requires the interior of the unit be clean, the exterior just outside the unit be clean and nothing stored or blocking the sidewalk, at all times noise should be at a reasonable decibel, and parking only in the assigned space.
