The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher, ensuring any chef will feel at home. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips. It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain, especially during winter months when snow chains are suggested. This home is situated in a remote location, so it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months, bringing snow chains is highly suggested. A rental agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
