This unit is located within a small community which has only 18 units altogether. It has a great atmosphere and friendly neighbors. The property is located in a neighborhood that is surrounded by some great restaurants and bars. It is literally right between Montrose and Midtown. Downtown is about a five minute drive away and six blocks away is the MetroRail. The unit has been renovated meaning that it has received a new paint job, new light fixtures, and new carpet. Any photo listed with new means that it is an updated photo. Newer photos of the unit will be posted in the coming days. The unit does not have a washer/dryer located inside of it, but there is a washer/dryer on site. The unit is currently occupied, but will be available starting October 16. If you'd like to view the place beforehand, I can provide an external tour of the unit, including the parking garage, washroom, and courtyard. Once the tenants are out I will be able to provide an internal tour of the place. The lease duration is set for 1 year (12 months) minimum. The deposit is set for $3,700.00, which covers first ($1,700.00) and last months rent ($1,700.00) as well as the security deposit ($300.00). Renter is responsible for getting electricity and internet set up. Water and garbage costs are covered by the owner. Smoking inside of the unit is not allowed, but smoking is permitted on the balcony. The unit comes with two designated parking spots. Renter is responsible for changing out the AC filters. The owner will supply the air filters.
