Robins Nest at Lake Julia offers spacious, thoughtfully designed areas for relaxation and socializing. From the theater room to the luxurious outdoor kitchen and pool area, every detail is crafted with guest comfort in mind. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the pool and lakefront dining area. The en-suite bathroom has an open layout with a jetted tub, separate shower, and vibrant jungle-themed wallpaper. Two guest bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, are located on the opposite side of the home from the primary bedroom, perfect for families seeking privacy. The theater/kids room features leather couches, a massive TV, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and a popcorn machine for a full movie experience. It includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, ideal for children or teens. A semi-private office near the entryway with an executive desk and printer is ideal for remote work. The dining area has a glass-top dining table seating six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen has a professional chef's appeal with stainless steel finishes and a 4-burner electric cooktop. The outdoor kitchen and dining area feature a covered patio overlooking the lake with a wine fridge, drink fridge, BBQ grill with vent hood, and a four-person dining table under a ceiling fan. The screened-in pool and pool spa offer pest-free swimming right off the back door. The pool features a built-in spa section with bubbling jets for relaxation, and two sun loungers provide space for relaxation. A third bathroom is conveniently located for swimmers. The expansive yard includes spacious grounds with shade trees, open grassy areas, and frequent wildlife sightings. Parking is available with a detached two-car garage and a large driveway that can hold up to 10 vehicles. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. This does not include additional cleanings or damage. Refrain from loud music during these hours. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited. A designated smoking area is outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome. Notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay and you should expect to see them outside of the home occasionally as they help us maintain it. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund. Maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Violation of any of the house rules may result in removal from the home without a refund. Always report any damage or accidents promptly for a potential full security deposit return.
