No yard work!) located just two blocks below Uintah. Small area outside for a garden if you like. Tenant has use of the attached 2-car garage (375 SF). Everything is on one level. W&D is a stackable unit in the bathroom just beside the kitchen. Kitchen is an open plan and is sort of combined with the living room. This would be great for someone that doesn't need a yard. Washer and dryer are furnished by the landlord. Pets are negotiable but must be really small. Access to the property is via the alley.
