This apartment is offered at a reduced rent because it comes with minimal responsibilities (expected to be less then 8 hrs a month) occasionally helping with the two Air B and Bs it is next too. It is a totally separate unit but attached to a 3 bedroom Air B and B house. It is a short distance away from the garage apartment Air B and B. You may be asked to help do things like change batteries on the battery operated locks or take out laundry that was accidently left in the dryer. Each week you will be required to add chemicals and clean the hot tub filters once a week. Check the supplies in the 2 Air B and Bs and take the garbage to the street once a week - then bring the cans back to the house. The idea candidate for this rental situation would work from home.
