Enjoy being in the center of it all with convenient access to Winter Park Village in 5 minutes, Amway Center and Camping World Stadium in 10 minutes, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and I-Drive in 20 minutes. This home features 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom, and a comfy living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and spacious outdoor dining areas. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and approval required. We allow one house-trained dog with a pet fee applied. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Located in a sought-after area known for its charming, historic feel, tree-lined streets, and proximity to downtown Orlando, College Park offers a mix of mid-century homes, boutique shops, and cafes along Edgewater Drive. The neighborhood is popular for its walkability and boasts easy access to parks like Lake Ivanhoe and Dubsdread Golf Course, making it great for outdoor enthusiasts. Additionally, its proximity to downtown Orlando offers easy access to urban amenities while retaining a suburban feel. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside or outside on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home and report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
