Prefer a full-time rental for the entire period, but open to shorter stays. $1,300 for the 14 days. 1 bedroom, very spacious, awesome views of palms and mountains, 780 sq ft. 2 patios (1 shared but no one uses it). 3rd floor with elevator, 1 closet, fully furnished also with kitchen supplies, coffee machine, etc. 15 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes to promenade. No animals (sorry), no parties, no smoking. If interested please send a message with a brief summary of who you are and why you are looking for a holiday rental.
