This home features a game room with a Smart TV, Nintendo Switch, and board games, a comfy couch with a queen fold-out bed, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and BBQ utensils. There is also a private king bedroom and a full bathroom. The second level offers a twin room with two twin beds and a fold-out twin couch/bed, a bunk suite with a full-over-full bunk bed and an additional full trundle, and a king suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. A fully stocked laundry room includes a washer and dryer, complimentary pods and dryer sheets, and an iron and ironing board. The top floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen with all cookware and appliances, a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room with abundant seating, an additional hallway bathroom, and the primary master bedroom with a plush king bed. Family-friendly features include a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, a high chair, baby gates, kids' step stools, baby monitors, kid-friendly plates, cups, bowls and utensils, and books, games and puzzles. Enjoy the private pool deck, complete with a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill with propane tanks, outdoor dining table, and outdoor shower. One dog is welcome (up to 60 lbs) for a $200 pet fee, which covers extra hair cleanup. An additional $200 fee applies if waste (urine/feces) is found. No adhesives on walls, tape, hooks, stickers, or other materials that can cause damage are allowed. Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can permanently affect surfaces and is not allowed. Corolla has harmless midges that are attracted to light, so keep doors closed and outdoor lights off when possible. Snakes from nearby marshes are occasionally spottedif you see one, contact us immediately and we'll arrange for removal. Bug spray is recommended for outdoor enjoyment. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas: the garage, and driveway; street parking is not permitted. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties. The primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay, and subleasing is prohibited.
