On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom. The second floor includes 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and 1 bedroom with a twin-size bed, plus a private full bathroom. You'll find fresh linens, cozy beds, extra pillows, and blankets for a restful stay. The small kitchen corner is perfect for light meals, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and basic utensils. There is free parking available on the property and street. The quiet neighborhood ensures a relaxing experience, yet you'll be just minutes from restaurants, shops, historic sites, parks, and hospitals. Enjoy the peaceful backyard and free parking on the property and street, while being within walking distance to various local attractions. We have a no-shoes policy inside the home, so we kindly ask you to bring your own indoor slippers or socks. No pets, parties, or smoking are allowed, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, along with a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay connected and productive.
