On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom. The second floor includes 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and 1 bedroom with a twin-size bed, plus a private full bathroom. You'll find fresh linens, cozy beds, extra pillows, and blankets for a restful stay. The small kitchen corner is perfect for light meals, equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and basic utensils. Outdoor spaces include a peaceful backyard and free parking on the property and street. The peaceful neighborhood ensures a relaxing experience, yet you'll be just minutes from restaurants, shops, historic sites, parks, and hospitals. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to various attractions in Lynchburg. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We have a no-shoes policy inside the home, so we kindly ask you to bring your own indoor slippers or socks.
