Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. The early check-in fee will be processed through the booking platform. Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately 20 miles away, a 30-minute drive. Downtown Savannah, River Street, and Broughton Street are all about 10 miles away, a 20-minute drive. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Tuesday during regular working hours. If Tuesday falls on a public holiday, the service will take place on Wednesday instead. Hot tub maintenance is carried out on Fridays or Sundays during working hours. Maintenance staff may access the property during these times. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds. Guests are responsible for their own safety in the pool area, which is not supervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool area can be slippery, so avoid running or jumping to prevent accidents. Shower before entering to keep the pool clean. Use only plastic or non-breakable containers around the pool. Report any issues immediately. The host is not responsible for injuries. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and additional items can be purchased nearby. Usage of the hot tub is at your own risk.
