No evictions, bankruptcies, unpaid landlord debts, or unpaid utility balances no exceptions. Income: Combined gross monthly income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent. Employees: Provide two most recent pay stubs. Self-Employed: Provide year-to-date income statement, last two years of tax returns, and two most recent bank statements. Other Income: May require an official benefit letter. Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID required. Co-Signers: Not accepted. Pets: Not permitted. Move-In Date: Must begin within 14 days of approval; no exceptions. Condition: Homes are rented as viewed at the time of showing. Additional Information Federal Occupancy Guidelines: Two persons per bedroom + one additional occupant; or two persons per studio.
