The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, a coffee maker, and ample counter space for preparing family meals. Step outside to your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with LED night lighting. Relax on the patio's lounge chairs or enjoy alfresco dining under the covered lanai. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff's Office and the property manager/owner will be notified. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. No parties and no pets are allowed. No outside guests (visitors) without contacting management. The driveway accommodates 2 cars with extremely limited street parking.
