Rent fee is $950 + utilities/3 and deposit $950. It is full furnished and we have a laundry machine, a dryer, a dish washer, and all dishes, pans, and pots you will need in cooking. Kitchen is open so you can cook. You don't have to worry about to buy furnitures for your room at all! Just for your information, one of roommates has a grey cute cat. The roommates are two, both Koreans, and 30+ years old, living in each room, very quiet and kind. It is close to Safeway and a bus stop in a walkable distance.
