On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed and a TV. The partially finished basement is your ultimate fun zone, featuring a pull-out full-size couch, a foosball table, and two arcade games for some friendly competition. Enjoy a retro Nintendo set-up, complete with 620 classic games and two controllers, and arcade games, or enjoy a cozy game night with our collection of board games. Pool heating is available for $75 per night. Up to two dogs are welcome for a flat $125 fee per stay, and requests for additional dogs may be approved for an extra $100 fee. This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise low between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine, and an outdoor noise monitor is in use. Smoking or vaping indoors is not permitted, and a $500 cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken. No weapons of any kind, underage drinking, or drug use are permitted on the property, and a $500 fee may apply. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests are allowed, and violations may result in removal without refund. Late checkout without approval incurs a $150 fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. A hot tub cleaning fee of $250 applies for misuse. The pool is open seasonally from May 15 to October 12 (weather permitting).
