    Unit B is currently available for lease. A cute and charming duplex in a very desirable location in South Everett. It is close to many shops and restaurants, and the bus stops are only about a 5 minutes walk on Evergreen Way. This unit has a fenced large yard, a private driveway and a parking spot. Street parking is also available in front of the building. Appliances in this unit are; a refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gas stove/oven. The living room has a new carpet, and the entire unit is freshly painted. The electric hot water tank is brand new. This is a non-smoking unit (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc.). No drugs of any kinds are allowed. If you like loud music or partying, this is not the place for you. I am looking for responsible tenants who have respect for their neighbors and will take care of my property. Good credit, a steady source of income, and a good rental history are a must. Lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the tenants. The tenants will be responsible for all utilities: Gas, electric, garbage, and water and sewer. The water and sewer bill is a fixed flat rate of $150 a month for a maximum of 3 tenants. Additional charges will be assessed for approved additional tenants. No pets of any kind are allowed. The rent is $1,750 a month, water and sewer is $150 for 3 tenants, and the security deposit is $1,750. The total move-in amount is $3,650. We will pro-rate the second month if the move-in date is not on the first of the month. Rental insurance is required. Tenants pay for all utilities and services. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance. No smoking and no pets. No motor homes, trailer, boats, buses, unsightly canopy/tarps, trampoline, and dead vehicles allowed on or around the premises. One year lease with option to renew. Drug usage or drug dealings are absolutely prohibited on or around the premises. Renters insurance is required. No car repair or car wash allowed. We do not accept reusable screening reports. Source of income must be verifiable (last 3 months of pay stubs, bank statement, etc.). Government issued ID(s) needed for verification purposes.
