Kitchen is equipped with everything including dishwasher and microwave, gas fireplace in the living room, washing machine and dryer upstairs, light blocking blinds on window in master bedroom. Private patio has a lot of sun and the living room windows look out on a shared green space with other condos. Renters are responsible for all utilities except for garbage, which is included in rent. Garbage fees are included in rent. Renters are responsible for all other utilities (PG&E, water, and internet). First and last month's rent plus security deposit of $2500 due at signing. Cats/small dogs may be allowed with an extra $500 security deposit for pets. No smoking.
