Park View Villa's apartments have new flooring and appliances, and are very spacious with multiple, large-sized closets. There are community area's on every floor as well, included a huge community entertainment room where residents have meals together, gatherings, families over, and large events. This room includes a full size kitchen! The ROCS program runs right out of the Park View Villa kitchen! So if you are elderly, you qualify for free and discounted meals every day!
