Tenant is currently in the apartment but the pics are from before they moved in (so no same day showings are allowed). Please pay attention to the ad with regards to the requirements and amenities. Snow and lawn care are provided. Tenant takes care of gas and electric. We use paper applications (which will be handed to you at the showing if you are interested).
