Located within walking distance of Carl Miller Park and downtown Mountain Home! Utilities: Water, sewer, trash, and seasonal lawn care are included in the price of rent! Tenants are responsible to place Power and Gas in their name. Pets: This is a pet-friendly unit. We allow most well-behaved pets. We do require Tenants to pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300, and sign a Pet Addendum laying out the specific expectations with regards to cleanliness, behavior, and safety. We also must abide by the "Restricted Breed" list that our insurance company enforced. Deposit: The typical deposit for this apartment is $775. Administration Fee: There is a $200 non-refundable administration fee that is paid with the deposit.
