The site manager was very confident. The online response was very quick.

Property
The kitchen cabinets were the best part of the house because they were brand new in the wrappers. Otherwise, the floors were not finished to under the quarter round. The paneling was splitting at the bottom in several sections. The carpet was not laid tight against the stair treads. The bathroom tiles/grout were filthy. Oh, and the listing photos were not of the same unit.
