We are looking for a low maintenance long-term tenant with no drama, a steady job, and who pays rent on time who appreciates a clean place to live. Laundry is not in the unit, but about 30 feet outside in the building next door. Microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and AC / Heater all work perfectly. This is perfect for one person.
