Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and will incur a $500 fine for violations, but smoking is allowed outside. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund for unused nights. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Please remove shoes indoors to keep the apartment clean. Please open the bathroom window halfway to 2/3 down or keep the bathroom fan on during showers and for 2030 minutes afterward to prevent moisture buildup.
