Tenant responsibilities:

b) Keeping the dwelling clean, and sanitary, removing and placing garbage and trash as they accumulate inside the containers provided, snow removal, and all necessary yard and lawn care, maintaining plumbing in good working order to prevent stoppages and or leakage of plumbing fixtures, faucets, pipes, etc.
c) Operate all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilation, a/c, and other appliances in a reasonable and safe manner.
d) Assuring that property belonging to the owner is safeguarded against damage, destruction, loss, removal, or theft. Pay fully for any damage to the unit caused by the negligence of the Resident, any member of the Resident's family, resident's guests, or any other occupant of the unit.
e) Conducting him/herself, his/her family, friends, guests, and visitors in a manner, which will not disturb others.
