Although the Town of Beech Mountain clears snow off the main roads quickly in winter, having 4WD or AWD is highly recommended, along with snow chains.
Smoking is not allowed. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. A rental agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
