No kitchen appliances furnished. Rental price is $850 per month. An application fee of $25 is required to apply. Move-in requirements: payment of $850 Security Deposit and the prorated rent amount based on your move in day of the month, passing of both a background check and an income verification, and signed rental agreement. There is one off street parking spot. No pets. When moving out of the apartment it is your responsibility to make sure the apartment is fully cleaned. We'd prefer you to schedule a time to see the house so we can go over rental agreements or if you have any questions. When signing the lease you need to have your security deposit and first months rent with you.
