Tenant will need to find alternate parking if needed, there is limited street parking, this is public parking, and Landmark does not monitor street parking. Reserved lot and garage spaces are currently on a WAITLIST and when available $60 per month. No designated guest parking.
Small pets allowed, max 2 pets, 35 pounds and under with prior approval and additional fees.
