this 1 of 2 upstairs. House built in 1986 with modern 2x6 construction standard, but not fancy. This is on the premises of our 220 year old apple orchard. It is a few hundred yard walk to our cider/wine tasting room, and farm playground. 1.5 miles to our hilltop farm with awesome view. In 2015 the AP rated the top of Ricker Hill as the best place to view foliage in Maine. Lots of trails in more than 1,000 acre forest. Last year we replaced all of the windows with new energy efficient ones, and installed washer and dryer. The heating system is hot water baseboard with newly replaced boiler and on-demand hot water system.
