Close to all transit, restaurants on Court/Smith Streets, schools, Brooklyn Bridge Park, YMCA, Barnes and Noble and lots and lots of interesting and fun things to do. Video Intercom; you can use your phone to let people in. Laundry in basement. Extensive courtyards with plants and furniture and possibly a BBQ. Bike storage there as well. Building has a slow elevator, but this is one flight up from the lobby. This is a coop building, but this unit is not subject to board approval. Nevertheless, we wish to keep our neighbors happy, so we are looking for very quiet people who will follow the coop rules. FEES: Subject to confirmation by the coop management company: Credit / Background check $75. Move-in fee: I think it is $1000 but it is refundable. Move out fee: similar.
