This condo is located in a quiet local area with an active military presence. Close by to any and all stores you could need for easy commute, perfect for military personnel as it's only a 5-10 minute drive to work. The condo is in a good clean condition with an open floor concept. Ideal for a single person or a couple. New washer and dryer's are being looked at to replace the old ones and other upgrades to the condo in the near future for better living quality. The rent will cover all utilities, so you don't have to worry about other bills on top of rent. The lease requires the following; 1: If you smoke or vape that it must be done outside the condo. 2: You can own a pet, but no cats. 3: The condo must be maintained and cleaned. 4: Do not fix any major maintenance, call the landlord (me) to call someone to fix it. 5: No modifications, updates or upgrades are to be done on or in the condo without my knowledge and consent. 6: If you wish to hang things on the walls, use only tacks or stick strips, no nails or screws of any kind. 7: Do not cause intentional or unintentional damage to the condo, if you do; a written statement on why/how this happened will be filled out and we can discuss on what to do from there. 8: Only the person or persons on the lease is to live in the condo. 9: The rent is due the first of every month with a 3 day grace period, after said grace period is over a $50 penalty will be added to the rent until paid. 10: If the tenant or tenants have guest over, they may stay for only 3-5 days max. If the guest cause any damages the tenant or tenant's must pay for it.
