Rental History: Positive references for past 5 years; no unpaid landlord-related judgments or prior evictions 5. Criminal History: Evaluated per state/federal restrictions 6. Maximum Occupancy: 3 persons (2 per bedroom +1 per code) 7. Non-Smoking Policy: No smoking/vaping in unit or common areas (CA Health & Safety Code 11362.3) 8. Pets & Assistance Animals: No pets are allowed without landlord prior written consent & Pet Addendum; service/support animals allowed per FHA/ADA [Next Steps] To schedule a viewing, complete the online interest form.
