Our buildings are secure, a special key is needed to enter so our tenants can always feel safe. You will have a reserved parking spot which for which there is no extra charge. We have an amazing swimming pool that is only for Laurel Park owners and tenants. It is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is accessible with the key to your building. We are also close to wonderful walking paths. We are also in an amazing location. We are on a bus line straight into Seattle, Redmond or Bellevue. We are close to Microsoft and Google and I-405. We are in walking distance to stores, restaurants, bike/walking paths and downtown Kirkland. Come visit our little oasis in the middle of Kirkland. You'll want to live here too. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. The owner pays for water, sewer and garbage. Tenants only must pay rent, electricity and any cable/internet. Lease is for 12 months. At that point you can agree to a month-to-month arrangement with the owner of the unit, or the tenant and owner can decide to sign another 12-month lease. One reserved parking spot comes with the unit and there are additional spots throughout the property for guests. The unit also has a storage locker, all you need is a lock for it, at no extra charge. Initital lease is for 12 months. When the year is up the owner/renter can choose to sign another year, or revert to a month to month lease.
