Property
The Property was nice: modern appliances and hardwood flooring. However, the apartment is located on the top floor: you’d have to climb three flights of stairs, and don’t even think about bringing in anything larger than a refrigerator. I mean three flights of stairs... if you’re active fine. If you not, don’t do it.
Management
The real estate agent who showed the apartment was nice but a little preoccupied with his phone after the tour; we hadn’t left the apartment. Seemed a little disinterest.
