I know they said it was still under construction, which that wasn’t the issue for me. The issue was it’s listed as 800+ square feet and it was no where near that. My current apt is 650 sq ft and it was still bigger. Next the layout of the apt was terrible, whoever is remodeling it seem to have turned a small one bed room into a two bedroom bc the one and only bathroom is inside a bedroom. Also in both rooms if you were to put a queen bed in there, there would be no room to walk let alone get to the closet. Talking about closets in the room where the bathroom is it looks like they’re trying to squeeze in a closet but since that room is SUPER small the closet that fits is super tiny, not even exaggerating, I believe only like 10 pieces of clothing fit in it, if that. Then there another back door by the kitchen and whoever the neighbor is is messy and has tooo many things back there, that there is noooo room to even get out through there so that door is pointless.
