Credit scores of under 600 MIGHT (no guarantees) be considered with a co-signer and/or with an increased security deposit, or final months' rent upfront. -Nothing in collections/past due is preferred, but might be considered depending on the types of accounts and the amount unpaid/outstanding. -If a co-signer is applying, they MUST have a fully clean credit history and a score of at least 700. -No prior evictions. -No criminal record is preferred, but depending on the offense might be considered. -Not accepting Section 8 vouchers. -We run a credit, criminal, and eviction check for each applicant or co-applicant (anyone 18+ planning to live at the property must submit an application) -The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, so please call or email BEFORE applying. -Submitting an application does not render automatic approval. -Applications are reviewed in the order they were received following the FHA Guidelines Monthly Fee: Rentwell Resident Package $20 - Convenient online ACH, credit card, and Apple Pay payments through the portal - $2.50 ACH fee waived (credit card fee/Apple Pay fees still apply) - Easy account management, document access, and maintenance updates - 24/7 bilingual maintenance call center to ensure effective communication - Utility concierge service to streamline your move-in and move-out process One Time: Move-In Fee $100 - New tenant conversion process - Lease Generation and/or Negotiation - Portal Activation -Thorough pre-move-in visit to document your unit's condition
