Electric approximately $100-$150 per month. Gas approximately $150.-$180 per month, lower in summer months. Tenant responsible to transfer electric and gas into your name(s) 3 days prior to move-in date. The house has 4 separate meters for gas and electric, one set for 1st floor apartment, one set for 2nd floor apartment. Security deposit due immediately upon landlord's approval to rent.
