There's approximately 300sf of standing room, and about 200 of low ceiling suitable for bed, seating, storage. Month-to-month contract. Landlord or tenant can terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice. All wood interior. Private, clean, secure. Low traffic street in a good neighborhood - small families and BSU students. There's various optional pre-owned furniture, some shown in the photos. A temperary cot and mattress can be provided if you'r moving in to Boise. Light cooking/food warming. Short walks to most necessities - groceries, 2 laundries, delis, cafes, BSU campus, Boise Green Belt. South downtown is a 15-20 minute walk. No smoking, vaping, room perfumes, etc. (The air circulates throughout the building.) No pets. The attic floor provides no sound barrier to the lower level living area. Some individuals are naturally quiet, some are not. This unit is only for a quiet individual. No chairs on rollers. No hard soled shoes in a rush. No sterio, TV, etc., louder than conversation level. Questions answered via this web site's email feature. All information in this notice is subject to change. Month-to-month lease with a 30 day termination notice given prior to the last full month's rent payment due date. The tenant or the landlord can terminate, for any reason, by providing the 30-day written notice.
