There's approximately 300sf of standing room, and about 200 of low ceiling suitable for bed, seating, storage.
Month-to-month contract. Landlord or tenant can terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice.

There's various optional pre-owned furniture, some shown in the photos. A temperary cot and mattress can be provided if you'r moving in to Boise.

South downtown is a 15-20 minute walk.
No smoking, vaping, room perfumes, etc. (The air circulates throughout the building.)
No pets.
The attic floor provides no sound barrier to the lower level living area. Some individuals are naturally quiet, some are not. This unit is only for a quiet individual.
No chairs on rollers. No hard soled shoes in a rush. No sterio, TV, etc., louder than conversation level.
