Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Strictly observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is one security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. $600 penalty for lost or damaged key/ fob / parking permit. $500 penalty if you're locked out and will need us to send someone to assist you. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team, and this service will cost $150, which must be paid for by the guest. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00. At 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion.
