Community amenities include an amazing game room and a fitness center, and the building has high security with protected access. Paid parking is available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis. If parking in the garage is unavailable, you may utilize paid parking lots located close to the building. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. Only a block away from Canal Street, you have access to all kinds of public transportation. The convention center is just 1.6 miles away. Famous for its vibrant nightlife and colorful buildings, you'll be steps away from Bourbon Street jazz clubs, Cajun eateries, bars, and bistros. Quieter streets lead to the French Market with gourmet food and local crafts, and Jackson Square offers unforgettable street performances in front of the gorgeous St. Louis Cathedral. Parking spots are limited, and you can secure your spot by booking in advance. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, with violations resulting in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
