The home includes 5 spacious bedrooms: a king-size bed with luxury linens and elegant bathroom, a bunk room with 2 twin-sized bunk beds, a queen-sized bed with shared en-suite full bathroom, 2 queen-sized beds with shared en-suite full bathroom, and 2 twin-sized beds with private en-suite full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking, with a small table for four, bar stools, and a dedicated workspace, and an elegant dining room with a table for eight. The game room features a bar, pool table, and ping pong table, perfect for entertainment and relaxation. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, but must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur on furniture may result in a cleaning fee. Guests must clean up all pet waste prior to checkout, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost. Clarksville is renowned for its culinary gems.
