- Monthly pet fee: $50 per month, due with rent.
- Tenant is responsible for all pet waste removal and any pet-related damages.
- All pets must comply with local licensing, vaccination, and city code requirements.
- Pets may not create nuisance noise, odors, or disturbances.
Smoking / Vaping:
- This is a non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the home, garage, porch, or deck.

- At move-out, property will be inspected against the move-in report.
- Tenant is responsible for repair or reimbursement of damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Maintenance / Care Standards:
- Tenant must keep the interior of the home clean, sanitary, and in good condition.
- Tenant must report maintenance issues promptly to prevent further damage.
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications are not permitted without written owner approval.

- Excessive noise, disturbance, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
