The ground floor has a kitchenette with a full fridge, large kitchen sink, and storage. Comes with new appliances: a two-burner stovetop, microwave, and combination tabletop convection oven/airfryer/toaster oven. Lots of natural light and spacious living room area off of the kitchen. Back Patio with outdoor seating and exclusive access. Private entrance via well-lit and well-maintained alley. Located on G St. the area is quiet and friendly, while still being just blocks away from all that H st. has to offer. Favorite places less than a 5-minute walk include Bullfrog Bagels, Pie Shop, Toki Underground, Ben's Chilli Bowl, &Pizza, Maketto, Hush Harbor, Copycat, and Little Miss Whiskeys. Tons of street parking and I have never had to park more than a few steps away from the front door. However, private parking is available next door from a third-party vendor. Utilities are a flat rate of $200/month (water, gas, electric, and WiFi)! No dishwasher. No washer/dryer in unit, but access to main house washer dryer 1-2 times a week on agreed upon schedule. The landlord lives in the primary house across from the patio. Available starting November 15. *Note that pictures show multiple setups/configuration options for the upstairs bedroom. Utilities paid to owner at flat rate of $200/month for Wifi, Water, Electric, & Gas. Cable hookup available.
