There are two stand alone cottages in the back and three units in the Victorian, turn of the century main house. You will enjoy one reserved off street parking space in the back and a quiet back yard that is shared with the complex. Your new home is close to shopping centers with grocery, gas, banks, fro-yo and the iconic favorite dive burger joint beloved by locals, Cy's Drive In. And if you're feeling really lazy, you can walk across the street to the European Cafe and Restaurant for a quick bite. Residents pay all utilities costs. One small pet is ok. A non-refundable pet fee of $350.00 per pet, plus additional rent of $30.00 per pet per month. No pets with any history of aggression. No Smoking please.
