Nestled in the heart of Kissimmee, Terra Verde Resort offers the perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and convenience all just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to all of Orlando's top attractions. With shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores just minutes away, everything you need is right at your fingertips.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. An early arrival or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's arrival or departure scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and if discovered, there is an automatic charge of $450 for cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave the home, forfeiting their stay and any payments made. The property is set up for 5 guests, with an extra charge of $20 per night per guest up to 8 guests. The house does not allow more than 8 guests.
