    Seems very nice. Was there on time for the viewing.

     Property

    First thing I noticed upon entry into the main door was that the stairs carpet needing cleaned. The entry was not a pleasant one. Once I walked into the apartment., I was again disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The tub had black electrical tape wrap around the bottom. The kitchen cabinets looked as if there was mice droppings. The apartment was not clean . The property is not well maintained.
