- Landlord may terminate the lease for non-payment of rent, lease violations, or other breaches of this agreement.
- The lease may be renewed with mutual agreement; rent increases will be communicated 60 days in advance.
- Tenant shall use appliances provided by the landlord responsibly and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Tenant is responsible for proper disposal of garbage and adherence to local recycling guidelines.
