     Property

    Carpet needs cleaning or replacement and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, peppery appears to be in good condition. Pool is small and gym is extremely tiny but also appear to be in good working condition.

    Well kept condo with excellent amenities. The owner was very helpful and professional, and arranged a tour that fit our schedule.
